Back in 2001, founders of North18 observed the appearance and content of so many websites to be stale looking, difficult to navigate and had content out-of-date. They knew that by implementing simple design, navigation and content upgrading concepts, the internet could not only be more efficient and up-to-date, but could look more appealing to the common internet user. Discussing these issues with some local business owners, the founders also found that some web companies were overcharging their clients to make simple content changes. The concept of efficiency built into a content management system (CMS) that would allow clients to upgrade their own content was set into motion and North18 was born.

North18 began working on the much-anticipated "MyStuff" content management system in 2006. After 2 full years of development, it is now a fully functional, robust and secure application for managing and displaying data and information.

Privately run as an LLC in the general region of Milwaukee, WI, North18, LLC plans to reach out to neighboring cities and states in 2010.
